Each AI tool bills you through your own account with that company. ATMT Labs Floor doesn't add a markup on AI usage.

Ramon, your floor manager

Every floor has a manager at the head desk. Ramon turns your request into a plan, hands tasks to the right agents, follows up with anyone who goes quiet, and reports back when it's done. You talk to one person, and the whole floor gets to work.

Hire an agent in about a minute

Give each agent a name, a look, a project folder to work in, the AI tool it uses, and a standing goal. Nothing starts until you press spawn.

Floors: whole teams in one click, and a building to hold them

Save your whole team as one floor file and share it with anyone. They review who's on it and hire everyone at once, or one by one. A shared floor never includes your folders, passwords, memory or conversations.

Need more than one team? Open a New Floor (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + N). Each floor is its own office with its own agents, so a client project never mixes with another. Stack up to 200 floors in one building.

Agents that remember

Most AI chats forget everything when you close them. Here, every agent keeps a notebook of what it learned, decided and still has to do. Old notes are summarized automatically, so the notebook stays useful instead of growing forever. The whole team can look things up in one shared memory, and you can add your company's documents to a knowledge base they all read.

A task board, and agents that ask before guessing

Every job shows up on a task board, so you can see what's waiting, in progress and done. When an agent is unsure, it doesn't guess: it posts a question to your Ask Me board and waits for your answer. Every message between agents is kept as a readable conversation.

The night shift

Schedule work to run on a clock, like a daily sales report every morning. Your computer can stay awake so schedules fire on time, and the app can reopen after a restart. When it's time to stop, Closing Time ends the day properly: every agent saves its work and notes before the lights go off, so nothing is lost.

Budgets and safety rails

Set how much AI usage each agent, or the whole floor, is allowed. If an agent starts going in circles or spending too fast, a built-in safety switch first steers it back on track, then slows it down, and only stops it if you've allowed that. You choose whether agents act on their own or ask first.

Connected to the apps you run your business on

Connections let agents work inside other apps: check orders and stock in Pancake POS, publish a landing page on Webcake, and more. Your keys are locked on your computer, and agents never see them. You can also send work to your building from Slack or from your own tools.

Connections can change real data, so give each one only the access it needs. Today they work with Claude Code agents.

Private by design

Your work, messages, agent output and keys stay on your computer. Our servers only know your email, your license and which computers you've activated. Once a computer has a lifetime license, it never needs to check in with us again.
